The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within a maximum period of 14 days from the receipt of the product. To initiate the return process, the customer must send a request to the following email address: shoponline@oscalito1936.it, specifying the email address used to place the order, the order confirmation number, and the shipment tracking number.
