The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the product. To initiate the return process, the Customer may either complete our online withdrawal form, available at the following link, or send a request to info@oscalito1936.it, specifying the e-mail address used to place the order, the order confirmation number and the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. Once the request has been received, the Customer will receive instructions for returning the product. After the returned product has been received and its condition has been verified, Oscalito will proceed with either a refund of the purchase price or, where requested and applicable, the replacement and shipment of a new item.
