Mulesing Free:
Mulesing is a surgical technique that involves the resection of epidermis around the perianal area of sheep to halt the spread of parasites. It is a contentious and extremely painful method. The wool for Oscalito products is derived from approved suppliers who forgo the surgical technique of mulesing.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within a maximum period of 14 days from the receipt of the product. To initiate the return process, the customer must send a request to the following email address: shoponline@oscalito1936.it, specifying the email address used to place the order, the order confirmation number, and the shipment tracking number. Once the product has been received and its condition assessed, Oscalito will proceed with either a refund of the product amount or the replacement and shipment of a new item.
